Rick Sander is an Emmy winning visual artist, cinematographer, and photographer with roots in cinematic storytelling. After years of creating visuals for major productions like Yellowstone, Spiderman, Moulin Rouge and Titanic, he shifted his focus toward something that felt more personal. Rick wanted to take the skill and artistry of film and use it to help agents and property owners present their spaces with honesty, beauty and clarity.
He founded Listpop to make real estate media feel intentional and impactful. Rick approaches every shoot with a filmmaker’s eye. He pays attention to light, structure, scale and the details that define a room. His goal is always to help agents build trust quickly and show their listings in a way that feels elevated and memorable.
Aurora Cady: Creative Director
Aurora Cady is a filmmaker with experience as both a screenwriter and producer. Her work in film has shaped her eye for storytelling, pacing and emotional clarity, which she now brings into the world of real estate media. Aurora is passionate about videography and believes that strong visuals can change the way people understand a space.
At Listpop, she combines her creative background with a strategic approach to social media and brand development. Aurora focuses on creating content that feels authentic, polished and aligned with the identity of each agent she works with. Her goal is to help clients present themselves with confidence, attract the right audience and build a memorable online presence through thoughtful visual storytelling.
